The ESS 2000 is a proven conveyor skirting system designed to minimise material loss and dust emissions at loading points. It mounts on the outside of load skirts, creating a tight seal that keeps material on the belt and out of the work area. Thanks to its flexible modular design, the ESS 2000 adapts easily to different skirt lengths and operating conditions.
The ESS 2000 is Adjustable and Easy to Maintain
Each ESS 2000 assembly includes a 1,200mm back-plate and two 590mm clamp plates. For shorter runs, you can cut the back-plate down to 600mm and use a single clamp plate. Since the rubber skirt is held in place by captive wedges or cotters, adjusting or replacing the seal is quick and simple—no special tools required.
