In 2011 Rocktec designed and built a 400 tph Continuous Mixing Plant for Stevenson Resources Ltd, Huntly Site.
Overview
The plant has three Infeed hoppers fitted with internal top hats for additional belt protection. High efficiency belt feeders, with integrated scales, driven by electric motors using close coupled gearbox deliver the material to the pugmill.
The pugmill features heavy duty rubber lined side walls. These walls are hydraulically hinged, and open to allow unobstructed access to the mixing chamber for inspection and maintenance.
Products are discharged via the radial conveyor either into a stockpile or directly into a truck.
