The Huntly Plant is a greenfield installation, designed to manufacture Hi-Lab specification aggregates. Included in the plant is a METSO GP300 Cone Crusher which Rocktec designed and manufactured the supporting structures and walkways. The Cone Crusher works in conjunction with the VSI to produce the specific Hi-Lab Aggregates. Similar to this a third screen was added to manufacture a range of concrete aggregates also.

Common wear parts are used throughout the plant to reduce spare stock holdings. The four Rocktec Avalanche screens feature roll-away front chutes for additional accessibility.

Initial operation of the Huntly plant has indicated the plant capacity exceeds its performance specification of 250 Tonnes per Hour.
