Rocktec designed and built Mobile Jaw plant rolled out the gates of their Matamata manufacturing plant
Overview:
The unit is a road legal mobile plant, built for tough New Zealand conditions while providing reliable service. The unit was custom designed to meet the customers requirements, to allow for easy integration with existing equipment.
The plant features tandem axles with folding conveyors. Material is feed onto the Rocktec “Avalanche” Heavy Duty 8’x4’ Double Deck Scalping Screen. The screen has modular rubber panels on the top deck and side tensioned wire bottom deck including multiple scalping options.
The scalping's are discharged to a stock pile via a 750mm fold-out side discharge conveyor. The top deck delivers material to a 32” x 20” Jaw Crusher, a 900mm fold-out Primary Conveyor delivers the crushed material including bypass product to either a stockpile or a secondary screen / crushing plant.
Walkways along both sides of the screen and across the jaw crusher allow for easy access during routine maintenance and checks.
