The Mobile Chip Screening Plant can handle a wide variety of materials, is easy to install and requires minimal maintenance.

Material is fed into a hopper with fold-out hungry sides. A 900mm conveyor transfers material to a 16’ x 5’Triple Deck Screen with wash bars on two decks. Each wash bar has individual valving and water is supplied by a common manifold. Top size product flows onto the second screen, a 10’ x 5’ Double Deck.
Graded products are stockpiled by five fold-out conveyors, while wash water is collected in a common chute for discharge and further processing. An integrated hydraulic pack provides power for raising the unit into the operation position and locating the conveyors.
