Extending across the width of the belt our return roller nip guards consist of two end brackets (that also hold the return roller) and a pressed section. They are made from mild steel and hot dip galvanised, with an option to be painted yellow over the galvanising.
Guard are adjustable and when fitted correctly ensures a maximum gap of 4mm between the guard and the belt.
