CRUSHER BODY

Increased capacity with new crushing chamber design. Security sensor stops the system when the door is opened during maintenance. Lock systems prevent the machine body from closing down hazardously. Crusher body is manufactured with 20mm-thick high-quality steel plate.

WEAR PARTS

Enhanced solid wear parts and liners.

BREAKER PLATES

Two independent upper and lower breaker plates allow the required size of the end product to be easily obtained, with protection system against blocking.

ROTOR

The quality of the dynamic rotor balance is G 6.3, according to ISO 1940/1.

BEARINGS

Upper-class heavy-duty SKF bearings, with bearing temperature sensors.

EASY MAINTENANCE FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE

Crusher productivity is directly related to maintenance and safety. Meka primary impact crushers are equipped with modern solutions to make the maintenance process more efficient and to reduce maintenance duration. This helps the crusher to operate safely and boosts productivity.

MEKA primary impact crushers are equipped with a hydraulic lifter, which allows the user to open the crusher’s superior body for easy maintenance and easy access to the rotor, blow bars and wear parts.

REDUCED OVERALL OPERATIONAL COSTS

The liners of the crusher do not wear out at the same pace, so some of the liners may need to be replaced earlier than others. Meka’s primary impact crusher liners are designed to be interchangeable, meaning less inventory space is needed and reduced inventory cost for our customers. The blow bars are also designed to be reversible for the same reasons.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

The automatic lubrication system ensures optimised lubrication so the crushers are lubricated the right amount at all times, no more and no less. In addition, the temperature of the bearings can be tracked from the control panel thanks to the heat sensors integrated into the bearings.
