Processing Stage 1: Recovery of material, sand and gravel, from residual Readymix.

Water is added to the truckmixer to clean the drum and is then fed together with the residual Readymix into the feeding hopper of the BIBKO machine. Sand and gravel are recovered in the recycling machine. In the inner helix found in the machine, the material moves in a water bath so that the fine components are rinsed out. The larger grains are led via special paddles to the bucket elevator by the rotation of the inner helix. This moves the material into the main rinsing chamber. The rinsed material is then led to the special conveyor. This special conveyor ensures a dry output of sand and gravel and a great height of fall. This results in a large material buffer. The special conveyor (patented) is equipped with a highly wear resistant elastic conveying trough made of synthetic material.

Processing Stage 2: Re-use of recycling water.

Electric agitators keep the fine grains (cement sludge) in suspension. A submersible pump, pumps water out of the reservoir to the mixer’s water weighing batcher, where cement sludge water is used to produce new Readymix. The system is equipped with a fully automatic control unit; running periods and cycle times of all components can be adjusted independently and individually.
