Rocktec Reciprocating Tray Feeders are purpose-built for primary and secondary applications where material head loads are high. With robust construction and optional armour lining, they can take direct loading of large, heavy material without compromising feed rate. The hydraulic-driven reciprocating action allows for infinite adjustment of feed rate with near-instant start and stop response, giving operators precise control over flow at all times.

Vibrating Feeders

Rocktec’s Vibrating Feeders come in two proven designs—the VIP Series and the F Series—each suited to different plant layouts and application needs.
VIP Series
Uses a pulley-driven eccentric shaft to create an oscillating motion in the feeder pan. This design provides strong linear movement, ideal for heavy-duty material flow.
F Series
Features the feeder plate mounted on rubber springs, driven by dual contra-rotating vibrating motors. This setup offers quiet operation, smooth performance, and adjustable amplitude for fine-tuned material handling.
