Heavy-Duty Frame
Robust, welded beams and cross members deliver maximum structural integrity over the entire feeder length.
Segmented Sprockets
With an odd-tooth configuration, each sprocket tooth engages on alternating chain links—doubling sprocket life. The segmented design allows for easy replacement without removing the chain.
Rugged Rollers
HD crawler-type carry rollers are precisely spaced to prevent chain sag. Twin flanges minimise roller wear and spread loading evenly.
Optimised Chain System
Every unit runs on HD crawler tractor chain, selected to match the load. Choose from salt or standard chain types, all engineered for long wear life and superior strength.
Hydraulic Chain Tensioning
Built-in hydraulic rams allow operators to maintain proper chain tension—no specialised lifting gear needed. Locking assemblies keep it dialled in.
Impact Rails
Heavy-duty impact bars absorb the brunt of material shocks, protecting the pans and eliminating permanent deformation under extreme loads.
Oversized Forged Shafts
Main shafts are crafted from oversized forged steel, with taper-locked sprocket hubs to maximise component life and simplify servicing.
Bearings & Lubrication
High-capacity spherical roller bearings (B10 life ≥ 100,000 hours) support the shafts. All units include remote grease lines, with optional automatic lubrication systems available.
Custom-Made Manganese Pans
Each pan is machined for precise chain fitment, with high impact and abrasion resistance as standard. Custom pan designs are available to match your specific application.
