Asphalt Plant

E-MAK’s new concepts and innovative productions are firstly tested and developed within Simge Group’s companies’ facilities under actual operation conditions, the company being unique in that it has in-house quarrying and asphalt production facilities. Any new concepts are subjected to extensive and rigorous field testing, before being introduced into the product range. This special advantage is an excellent resource for many new innovations and designs.

All new technologies proudly presented to the world by E-MAK, are new steps toward more energy savings and reducing environmental impact. E-MAK’s R&D activities are supported scientifically and technically by universities and TUBITAK (Turkish Scientific & Technical Research Association).

E-MAK is always working with the goal to exceed clients’ expectations with a wide range of products from simple and transportable asphalt plants to fully integrated metropolitan road construction materials production factories; and to this end it never strays from its path but remains meticulous in its approach and staunch in its belief.

E-MAK has concentrated and specialised in the development and manufacture of highly efficient batch type asphalt plants, all built to the highest quality to meet any International standards. The plants, ranging from 80MTPH to 350MTPH capacity, all incorporate numerous innovative concepts and incorporate state-of-the-art technology in their design, manufacture, and operation. In-house manufacture is employed throughout in order to ensure that the high standards demanded by the industry are guaranteed – and includes burners, mixers, screens, bag filters, bitumen systems and the plant automation and controls.

The Simge Challenger

The Simge Challenger preceded the current global focus on expanding green technology by several years and has been a breakthrough in forward thinking and technological development.

Simge Challenger is a closed ciruit aggregate crushing, screening, stocking and feeding system that can be integrated into all asphalt plants, reducing fuel consumption and Co2 emissions during asphalt production. The concept received considerable and enthusiastic interest for delegates and authorities at Eurobitume & Euroasphalt congress held in Copenhagen in 2008, and this technology is now available through Rocktec.
