Omni OM Series Jaw CrusherRocktec is the distributor of these crushers throughout the region. The OM series was conceived and designed by one of the most respected engineers in the field of crushing equipment evolution. The single toggle design incorporates a wealth of innovative features and, whilst adhering to the modern design and geometry standards, the many low stress features incorporated into the design, and the fact that, size-for-size, the OM machines are heavier than comparable brands, makes them far better able to withstand the intense shock loads generated within the crushing process over a very long design life, proven by trouble free operations in the hostile working environments in South America over a number of years. |

Omni OC Series Cone CrusherRocktec is the distributor of these crushers throughout the region. The OC series was also conceived and designed by the designer of the OM Jaw range, and continues with the philosophy of high performance with optimized product shape, yet with a very robust design, built to outlast its rivals when working in hostile environments. There are many unique features incorporated into the design, amongst which is an ability to accept large feed sizes and achieve very high reduction ratios, whilst still optimizing product shape. Thus, under some circumstances, when used thus as a secondary crusher, there is the potential to use one less crushing stage than would be traditionally considered. |

Oresizer VSI CrusherRocktec has formed a partnership with Oresizer Ltd, of the U.K., to manufacture and distribute their range of vertical shaft impactors under licence. Oresizer has been specialising in the production and development for nearly 25 years under the leadership of Peter Crymble, whose involvement in VSI crushing dates back to the very origins of VSI machines, his experience and expertise contributing to the development of this superior range of VSI crushers. Rocktec itself also has a long history and experience with VSI crushers, hence our total confidence in this partnership. The design of the Oresizer machines has deliberately been kept simple and gimmick-free, with emphasis upon performance, longevity of component life, and ease of maintenance, to reduce downtime and contribute to maximum profits. The heavy duty construction makes the Oresizer imminently suitable for the more onerous mining applications. |
